OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The item must be returned with the original invoice, tags, certificates (if any), and packaging materials provided at the time of delivery.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

Certain jewellery items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or product integrity reasons.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery (name pendants, engraved items, custom orders)
  • Nose pins / nose rings
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Mangalsutra and bridal jewellery sets made on order
  • Items altered or resized on customer request
  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged during delivery)

Only regular priced items may be eligible for refunds.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is returned in a condition different from the original state.
  • Parts of the packaging, tags, or certificates are missing.
  • The return request is made after the recommended time but still accepted by management discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Items purchased during sale, promotional offers, or clearance events may not be eligible for refunds. However, exchanges may be considered depending on product availability.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item delivered

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details.

Once the request is verified, instructions for the exchange process will be provided.

Shipping Returns

To return your product:

  • Contact our support team to initiate the return request.
  • The item must be securely packed with original packaging, invoice, and certificates.
  • The product should be shipped to the address provided by our support team.

Important notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value jewellery items, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
